Blackmail!

Maria's cousin Matt insists he doesn't like babies, and almost always hides in the basement when we come around, but I caught him spending a little one on one time with "Kid." Jacob thinks it's a game and always calls him Kid right back.

Napping by the fire

The Taylors have a fireplace. Seriously, is there anything nicer than taking a nap next to one?

Even Dead Run Jacob liked it!

Justin's first on camera smile!

Justin's very first smile we were able to capture on camera. Too bad he's filthy!

Meeting the Boyce cousins

Justin got to spend some quality time with Kim and his two newest cousins Adam and Caleb. But they didn't want to come out play yet.

Poor Kim looks exhausted!

Happy birthday Justin

On Justin's birthday, me and the boys lounged around...

while Mommy made the cake.

Justin got far too much loot.

But he got his very favorite Pooh Bear, so it was money well spent!

.

Jacob got presents too so he wouldn't feel too left out.

Justin loved all of his decorations.

And especially loved the cake.

But poor Jacob was GRUMPY that he didn't get more presents.

Superbowl party with JJ and Kira

We went over to the Radichels to watch The Superbowl. For the life of me, I can't even remember who was playing, and I didn't even watch the commercials. But it was fun to have all four kids together. Half the ward, and a ton of Elaine's relatives were there too.

Seriously Eric... It's baby, not a football!

Kira was very cuddly. Jacob wanted to play.

She was very happy to see Jacob and Justin

I liked her too. ;-)

JJ was hiding downstairs with the giant noodle instead of watching the game.

It's been awesome to get to know those kids every Sunday and at Super Bowl parties. We're the two luckiest families in the world.

Snow babies

First of February, we got dumped on. Big thick, powdery Utah snow. The kind of snow that Missouri usually only dreams about. We spent 10 minutes getting the boys dressed, and 3 minutes outside before they were sick of it. Just long enough for some cute pictures.

SERIOUSLY! Jacob needs a haircut!
